We are creating a little bit of competitive fun in W1; whilst helping support and understand more on physical and mental wellbeing in the workplace.
Sprint it, run it, jog it or walk it - but just try it!
Ok maybe 1.2 miles is a little bit longer than a 'dash'
There are lots of categories on Strava (see below) with the top 4 in each group meeting at the final on Oct 26
Strava will record your time and you will automatically go onto our club leader board.
You can complete as many laps as you like and that's it!
Oh and there will be weekly encouragement posts to help understand and learn more on mental health & wellbeing on our Wondrlust & Facebook pages.

Click on this link to the Mayfair Dash Club page on Strava. Request membership and Sign up to Strava.
Click on the Mayfair Dash segment link to access your running route. Or search the Mayfair Dash in "segments". Make sure you tap on the right hand corner to save & record run.
You’re ready to get running / walking. Just get to the starting point, open Strava and click record. Make sure you run the whole loop!
